何娟,博士,副教授。2016年博士毕业于中国科学院分子植物科学卓越创新中心。2016-2020年在深圳大学从事博士后研究;2021-2024年在中国科学技术大学担任副研究员;2024年9月进入福建农林大学海峡联合研究院基因组中心工作。主持国家自然科学青年基金项目1项和广东省重点实验室项目1项;近年来以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Plant Cell, Plant Physiology, Plant Journal, PLoS Pathogens等高水平期刊发表共发表8 篇SCI论文。
研究领域
长期致力于植物小RNA的组学和功能研究,主要有:
1. miRNA在种子发育中的功能研究;
2. 小RNA在番木瓜性别决定中的功能研究。
