
马晓开,男,教授,福建省高层次人才,福建农林大学基因组中心课题组组长。2016年中科院植物所系统与进化植物学国重实验室获博士学位; 2011年在苏黎世大学系统演化植物所访问研究;2016年在日本国立统计数理研究所(ISM)生物信息学访问研究。2016年就职海峡联合研究院基因组中心,从事植物多组学及繁育系统进化和分子机理研究。主持国家基金面上、青年及省部级等项目11项。迄今共发表论文40余篇(SCI 33篇),其中以第一/通讯(含并列)作者在Genome Biology,Plant Communications, Briefings in Bioinformatics, Plant Biotechnology Journal等刊物发表SCI论文17篇,其中Featured Article 1篇,F1000重点推荐1篇,ESI高被引1篇,Cell出版社年际高影响力文章1篇;以合作者在Cell,Nature Genetics等刊物发表SCI论文16篇。授权专利2项(转化1项)。合编教育部首批特色专业教材1部。受邀担任SCI期刊《BMC Genomics》编委,《生物多样性》首届青年编委,SCI期刊《Biology》《BMC Genomic Data》《JoVE》等期刊专辑主编。Nature Communications,Communications Biology,Horticulture Research,Plant Diversity等期刊审稿人。
