一、个人简介
岳晶晶,教授,博士研究生导师。福建省C类人才,入选福建省“雏鹰计划”青年拔尖人才。荣获中国植物生理与植物分子生物学学会“青年女科学家奖”、福建省第十六届福建省自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖,福建农林大学优秀共产党员、福建农林大学优秀教师,福建农林大学青年五四奖章。2015年获得兰州大学细胞生物学博士学位,2016年至今在福建农林大学基因组学研究中心工作。目前主要以番木瓜为研究对象开展系统性研究工作,涵盖野生种与栽培种的基因组解析及生物学性状研究;重点聚焦性别决定机制与演化规律解析,并开展种质资源的收集、鉴定与评价,为番木瓜育种创新提供理论与材料支撑。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金项目,福建省自然科学基金优青项目、面上项目等7项,参与国家自然科学基金项目和福建省科技重大专项等课题4项,在《Nature Genetics》(封面文章)、《Nature Communications》、《Current Biology》、《Plant Physiology》等期刊发表论文23篇,授权国家发明专利2项。担任《Horticulch Research》、《aBIOTECH》期刊青年编委,多次应邀在国内外学术会议上作报告。

二、研究方向
1. 构建番木瓜野生与栽培种泛基因组,系统挖掘抗病、产量及品质等农艺性状的关键调控基因;
2. 探究番木瓜性别决定的分子与表观遗传调控网络,揭示其性染色体的起源与演化动力学机制;
3. 基于基因组学的番木瓜种质资源系统评价与分子设计育种。
