
一、个人简介
纪宠辉,男,福建省三明市尤溪县人,理学博士,课题组长(PI),副教授,福建省引进高层次人才(境外B类)。2007年本科毕业于西北农林科技大学,2013年获华南农业大学遗传学博士学位(硕博连读,导师:刘耀光院士),2014-2020年在美国爱荷华州立大学/密苏里大学-哥伦比亚分校从事博士后研究工作(合作导师:Bing Yang),2021年起就职于福建农林大学。目前主要从事植物基因编辑技术开发与作物精准遗传改良应用以及植物雄性生殖发育的分子机制等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金(面上)、福建省自然科学基金(面上)、福建农林大学高层次人才科研基金、宁夏农林科学院科技创新引导基金、福建农业科学院科创基金以及福建**生物科技基金,参与美国农业部(USDA NIFA)和美国比尔盖茨基金会等项目。在《Nature Biotechnology》、《Nature Communications》以及《Molecular Plant》等国际高水平期刊上发表论文十余篇,其中一篇为研究亮点&高被引论文、一篇为封面论文&年度十佳论文,总引用2300余次。

1. 植物CRISPR/Cas基因编辑技术开发;
2. 基因编辑在种质资源创新与遗传改良中的应用(水稻、番茄等);
3. 植物雄性生殖发育(雄蕊、花药、花粉等)的分子机制(水稻、番茄等)。
