马晓开教授

马晓开,男,教授,福建省高层次人才C类,福建农林大学基因组中心课题组组长。2015年毕业于中科院植物所系统与进化植物学国家重点实验室。2011年在瑞士苏黎世大学系统与演化植物学研究所从事访问研究。2016年在日本国立统计数理研究所(ISM)从事生物信息学访问研究。2016-今就职于福建农林大学海峡联合研究院基因组中心,从事植物多组学与繁育系统演化研究。迄今共发表论文36篇(SCI论文30篇),其中以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Genome BiologyPlant Biotechnology JournalPlant Communications等刊物发表SCI论文15篇,以合作者在CellNature Genetics等刊物发表SCI论文15篇。申请专利3项(授权2项),其中以第1完成人完成专利转化1项。合编教育部首批特色优势专业教材1部。主持国家及省部级自然科学基金等项目9项;参与国家自然科学基金、科技部重点研发等项目10多项。受邀担任JoVE期刊专辑<Genomic Tools in Crop Biology>客座主编;Communications BiologyHorticulture ResearchPlant Diversity等期刊审稿人。
