张积森教授

张积森,男,汉族,博士,教授,博士生导师,福建农林大学基因组与生物技术研究中心常务副主任。主要从事以甘蔗以及闽台区域特色作物基因组及其生物学性状研究,特别对甘蔗的基因组学及其重要性状的分子生物学进行了有系统的研究。先后主持863子课题、国家自然基金、国家重点研发项目子课题、福建省农技体系建设等研究项目19项;参与国家自然科学基金项目和农业部项目等项目10项。2018年全球首次破译甘蔗基因组,研究成果发布在《Nature Genetics》,并荣登其网站封面。2022年,团队完成的甘蔗的种质资源演化的研究已被《Nature Genetics》接收。张积森教授在Cell,Nature Genetics,PNAS, Genome Research,Genome biology,Current Opinion in Plant Biology,Plant Biotechnology Journal,Plant Cell & Environment,Journal of Experimental Botany等刊物上发表各类文章110篇,其中SCI收录论文72篇,引用次数2100多次。Nature communication, Communication BiologyGenomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics, Horticulture research16个国际主流SCI期刊物应邀审稿人,以及《科学通报》等国内杂刊的应邀审稿人。法国国家研究基金(French National Research Agency (ANR)) 评审专家、中国国家自然基金函评专家、福建省百人计划考核专家。先后获得十四届福建省青年科技奖、中国产学研合作创新成果奖、广东科技进步二等奖。
