秦源,女,博士,福建农林大学教授,博士生导师,植物学学科带头人,植物保护学院副院长,国家杉木委员会委员,福建省遗传学会

秦源,女,博士,福建农林大学教授,博士生导师,植物学学科带头人,植物保护学院副院长,国家杉木委员会委员,福建省遗传学会青年委员会主任,“国家优秀青年科学基金”获得者,中英人才项目“牛顿高级学者基金”获得者,福建省“百人计划”,福建省“闽江学者”特聘教授、福建农林大学“金山学者”特聘教授,福建青年五四奖章,福建运盛青年科技奖,福建农林大学严家显最高奖教金获得者。2001年获得武汉大学药学学士学位,2006年获得武汉大学发育生物学博士学位,2006-2009年在美国亚利桑那大学植物系进行博士后研究,2009-2014年任职于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院植物生理生态研究所副研究员,2014年至今任福建农林大学基因组与生物技术研究中心教授。先后主持“国家自然科学基金海峡联合基金重点项目”一项;“国家自然科学优秀青年科学基金项目”一项;“国家自然科学基金面上项目”两项;主持“福建省高等学校新世纪优秀人才支持计划”一项;主持“中科院青年创新促进会”项目一项;主持“杂交水稻国家重点实验室开放课题”一项;以研究骨干身份参加“国家重点基础研究发展计划资助973项目”两项;以子课题负责人身份参加“中科院生科院首席科学家项目”一项。在遗传学领域已经有十多年的积累,特别在植物生殖发育领域有系统的研究,发表书籍(章节)2本,相关论文20余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表SCI收录论文12篇,平均影响因子5.5,其第一作者或通讯作者论文在国际重要期刊Plant Cell, New Phytologist, PLoS Genetics, Molecular Plant, Plant Journal等发表。
